We waited about 20 minutes which isn't bad for a Friday night with a party of 8. We order pretzels and cheese, fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs for appetizers. The ones I ate were delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and my husband ordered an abridged burger. The burgers were perfectly cooked and tasty. We had not been to this new location before and it's much closer to our house than the south Knoxville location we liked when we ate there. We were glad the food is just as tasty. We will definitely be back.

Great burger and cocktails. Nice selection of salads. Lively atmosphere but noise level is not overwhelming.

We're in Knoxville to explore and see family. We love brewery's so we decided to eat here after flying all day. The place was so fun and cozy. Clean and well staffed. The servers were very kind and quick to serve us. We literally ate everything. The flavor was amazing and so well done. We were so impressed with the quality of the food. This is a new favorite for sure. The cheese for the pretzels and the nachos was so good. The burger was so juicy and thick. Great flavor all around.

Mercy! Legitimately one of the best burgers I've ever had! My brother lives in the area and he has been absolutely raving about this place. I finally got the chance to go with him, and I'm gonna have to pay him visits way more often. We started, casually, with a pepperoni hot honey pizza. We were a little skeptical of the combo of ingredients, and we could not have been more wrong. So delicious. The star of the show were the entrees. My brother wouldn't let me order anything but the Abridged Burger. "Brussel sprouts on a burger?" you may ask. Brussel sprouts on a burger. They are so perfectly light and crispy wispy, and pair perfectly with everything else in the burger. Cannot recommend highly enough. The locale is very ample and rusticky bright. I cannot wait to come back and honestly just keep ordering that burger!

Tried Abridged out on Saturday night, very busy/popular restaurant. I can see what other reviewers meant by the vibe being loud which is why we chose to sit outside this time. Benches outside aren't the most comfortable but it was much quieter. Green BLT was good but the batter for the tomato needed more seasoning to it. French dip was very good; big portion of meat, soft but crunchy toasted bread, I liked the horseradish sauce it paired well.

Very happy with this stop! Good menu variety, seating options & service. Salads were top -notch (fries good too ). Would be good for groups/families, etc. plenty of TV's. Smaller tastes of pours available in 5oz size.....but were they really? (Seemed to be a smaller glass....but couldn't truly tell) Overall great visit!

We have tried to go here before but the wait was ridiculous. Stopped by for lunch today and much better luck. They have 2 areas where you can sit at the bar. One appears to be the hard liquor area while the other is the beer section. The beers were good. Sgt Swig was really good. Homeslice had a bid of a lemon taste to it. The meat lovers pizza was really good. The Cesar Salad came with warm lettuce. Is it supposed to be to come that way? I did not like it so I won't be ordering that again. The pizza arrived before the salad - not sure why that happened either. I'm giving it 4 stars for the warm Cesar salad. Other than that the employees were very nice.
